ImageSkin, an entity created in the state of Victoria, operates under the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. This means that any legal disputes or issues that may arise in relation to our services or these terms and conditions will be handled by the courts of Victoria.

All orders placed are subject to ImageSkin acceptance. It’s important to note that the entity reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason that is within the bounds of the law and our business policies. All prices are inclusive of GST.

For clarity, all orders can only be placed by a person or persons who have the legal capacity to contract, meaning they are of legal age and have the mental capacity to understand and agree to the terms of a contract. If you are under 18, you cannot place an order with ImageSkin.

Where applicable, in no event shall Image Skin or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data loss, business or profits. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not ImageSkin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ImageSkin will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or used unauthorizedly.

RETURNS

For a successful return, please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of delivery

Returns from metro areas usually arrive with us within seven business days and can be longer from regional or remote areas. We will process your exchange, refund or store credit within two business days of your return arriving back to us.

We’ll reach out to you as soon as your return is complete. 

The customer is responsible for retrieving any items that ImageSkin deem unacceptable or outside of the mentioned timeframe. ImageSkin will only pay to return items that are in acceptable condition, meaning they are in the same condition as when they were received, with all original packaging and tags intact. ImageSkin doesn’t take responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest you send them via registered post.

Once ImageSkin receives your returned item and deems it to be in an acceptable condition, we will happily refund or exchange it.

      Unfortunately, at this stage we do not ship outside of Australia, so won’t be able to help you.

      Thank you for your order.

      In payment method click on PayPal. This will take you to PayPal portal where it gives you an option of payment with PayPal or a credit card of your choice without having to sign up to PayPal.
