Shipping & Returns
Once payment has been received, the goods can be shipped. All our product pricing is GST-inclusive and is shown in the product description. All received and cleared orders before mid-day (noon) will be shipped on the same day. All orders received and paid for after noon will be shipped the next day. If there are any delays, we will let you know via email. We offer two types of shipping.

We use Australia Post or Sendle ( courier) for our delivery. The Express Post option allows you to track your items and carries limited insurance coverage. If you do not expect to be at home for delivery, it is advisable to have your goods delivered to your work address. Please ensure those details are added to the delivery instructions – incl—the company name & address.
If you’d like additional insurance, contact us to quote your costs. Insurance cover will become defunct if you authorise your delivery to be left if no one is home.
Refunds & Returns
Please take care when selecting items for purchase. We will only accept a return in case of a damaged or incorrectly sent item. Following procedures must be followed.
- Advise us via email within seven days of delivery of the existing problem.
- After receiving authorisation, the goods must be returned within ten days, adequately protected, in the original packaging, as believed, including all instructions, accessories and a copy of the invoice.
- We can not be liable for the postage cost of a return or an exchange.
- If a replacement can not be provided, we will issue a credit note to the value of the returned/damaged goods; this will not include the initial delivery cost.
