Shipping & Returns
Once a payment has been received the goods can be shipped. All our product pricing is GST inclusive and is shown in product description. All received and cleared orders prior to mid day (12 noon) will be shipped on the same day. All orders received and paid for after 12 noon will be shipped the next day. Should there be any delays we shall endeavour to advise you via email. We offer 2 types of shipping

We use Australia Post for our delivery. The Express Post option allows you to be able to track your items and carries limited insurance cover. If you do not expect to be at home for delivery it may be advisable to have your goods delivered to your work address if possible. Please ensure that those details are than added to the delivery instructions – incl. Company name & address.
Should you wish to add additional insurance contact us to quote you costs. Insurance cover will become defunct if you authorize for your delivery to be left if no one is at home.
Refunds & Returns
Please take care when selecting items for purchase we will only accept a return in the event of damaged or incorrectly sent item. Following procedures must be followed
- Advise us via email within 7 days of delivery of the existing problem.
- After receiving an authorisation the goods have to be returned within 10 days , properly protected, in the original packaging, as believed including all instructions, accessories and copy of the invoice.
- We can not be liable for postage cost of return or an exchange.
- In case a replacement can not be provided we will issue a credit note to the value of the returned/damaged goods, this will not include the cost of initial delivery.
